IDC reports on the importance of leveraging BYOD, desktop and application virtualization, and shadow IT trends to deliver IT services at the speed of business. Most of today\u2019s enterprise IT buyers have a dynamic mix of physical, virtual and cloud-hosted desktops and applications\u2014but this siloed approach greatly reduces efficiency. Yet, to enable line of business productivity, IT needs to deliver services in near real-time. To stay competitive, IT organizations must re-evaluate traditional value propositions and use cases associated with IT systems and service management tools and approaches.<\/p>\n
