The customer could map them manually, or running a script to do this, but a bit of a pain and certainly not expected behaviour. We noticed that the drive mappings disappearing started happening after the upgrade to App Volumes 2.7. Easy, don\u2019t upgrade to 2.7. Wrong, we need 2.7 to fix the Microsoft Office 2013 SPS issues, see an earlier post on App Volumes and Microsoft Office SPS.
